“For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled.”  - Richard Feynman (1918 – 1988)

Today is the day I turn 55 years young and I have more than 300 fr.ee gifts for you today. But more about that in a minute.

I want to talk to you for a minute about measuring your personal level of success. There are a lot of ways to do it. Money, fame, professional awards are all ways to keep score and track how you’re doing.  However, there are better ways. This morning my wife gave me a birthday that really made my day.  No, it wasn’t the pretty picture or the “Hallmark” verse.  It was the signature. Just a few words.

“Thanks for being the man you are.

Love ,
Joan”

She’s a keeper! No doubt I’m truly blessed.  So, if you don’t mind – I’m going to keep on feeling smug and assume I did something right!

Oh yea, I almost forgot the 300 gifts. There’s  a great, unique “Self Help Giveaway” that launched today. These are brought to you courtesy of a pair of my favorite marketers who are running a massive “mind and body” self improvement giveaway right now:

The Self Help Gifts Giveaway event is definitely one of the better giveaways that I have seen recently, and I think you will really enjoy what they have to offer. Here’s a tip, I set up a folder on my computer desktop to download all the gifts I was interested in. Then later I can go back I can actully find what I downloaded.

Well, I’m off to an engagement party for niece. Make sure to get your self help gifts!
